2. You will receive free of charge an estimate showing the necessary or recommended repair works and their costs.
   
   
3. In case of placing a repair order we will need approx. 2-3 weeks to execute it.
   
   
4. If you do not want us to repair your device, we will return it charging you only for the transport costs.
   
   
5. Important for shipping from outside the European Union (EU):
   
   • The outside of the package must be clearly marked for customs purposes with the following:
     "Goods manufactured in Germany. Return for repair. To be returned to [your country]."
   • Include the same text in any required form, export declaration and your letter.
   • Zero customs value (EUR 0,00), or if necessary you can mark a non-zero customs value of (EUR 1,00) - one Euro.
   • Sender is responsible for the cost of shipping including all duties and taxes.
   • If the package is not marked as such, it will be refused and returned to sender.
   In general we recommend shipping by national postal services. UPS, FedEx, DHL and other services requiring a signature may charge a hefty brokerage or duty fee which we would have to charge back to you.
